Allocate 1.2% of your personal income tax
We invite you to donate 1.2% of your personal income tax to the Future Biomedicine Fund. The Foundation aims to contribute to the development of personalised medicine research in Lithuania, to fund scientists and young researchers, and to introduce the general public to the field of personalised medicine and the opportunities it offers.
How to allocate the 1.2% of PIT?
- Log in to the Electronic Declaration System
- on the Electronic Declaration System – EDS page, select the “Fill in the form” tab
- click on ‘Claim for support’ and ‘Fill in the form in the wizard’
- complete the FR0512 form by selecting the 2022 tax period, specifying E1 Beneficiary Type – 2 and E2 Beneficiary
- Identification Number – 305959325 and E3 Purpose of the Tax Part – Support for the operation of the Foundation.
